超級難用的App！而且會員資訊只要回主畫面又要從新輸入！又無法顯示近12個月會員已經搭乘的哩程。選位也顯示訂位代碼與會員資料不同無法使用！請參考ANA or EVA的App都很好用。

Kindly request an English version. Im a frequent flyer and cant read Chinese

This APP does not work at all ! China Airlines should not issue this to play with people !

The only thing written in english is CHINA AIRLINES. After that, there are no options to change languages out of Mandarin. Shame because it looks more useful than CIs unfriendly website.

Please improve the user interface and English version. This looks like a developing version and poorly executed.

If you cant book the flights through the App, I would it is a pretty useless App.

I was unable to check in at all with the app. I kept getting one of two error messages; 1) it said the booking name was wrong(no way), or 2) it said there was a connection error(once again, no way). The app seems to be pretty useless.

The worst app Ive ever used: I can login on website, but the same user/password does not work with the app. Tried many times, really bad quality app.

Im an English speaker and had read the bad reviews but thought Id give it a spin anyway. The English menus were very clear and the checking process was painless. It was actually one of the better airline apps Ive used. A nice surprise. I hope the 22 hr flight with kids goes as well as the App.....

Kidding me? Slow updating the product to iPad version, how long we have to endure watching iPhone version for CI ?

Bad app! Where are the flight going from mainland to Taipei?

You do have this function when I downloaded in Taiwan App Store but didnt find it in US App Store. Pls fix it

This app makes travelling a lot easier. However, they should improve this app more. Overall, its good.

Latest version still wont find a reservation. On a PC no problem but not the iPhone app. Cannot find a reservation by either record locator or ticket number. Somebody needs to rethink AND TEST this app before unleashing it.

I hope that China airline app can add a section for the members area to know how many mileage the user has and related information in regards to mileage management. Tks

Good for checking flight times and using their electronic check in. Basically like any other airline app.

Outdated app. Hard to use interface. Does not remember frequent flyer account. Horrible overall experience. An overhaul is desperately needed.

The app doesnt work. Cannot connect to the network! Cannot retrieve any information! Useless app!
