Times out every time I try to add my reservation.

Doesnt work....most of the time. This app is really beyond my imagination! Can hardly get any information I need. All I got is to keep trying, keep trying, keep trying..., but always the same result --- nothing at all! Disappointed...

Whats the point of the app if I cant access member info? I dont need another app just to tell me if the flight is on time.

Very poor quality control of this App. For example, for the flight arrival notice it keeps on ask for specific format of flight number. But even you did so it still cant find the flight. Very lousy software!

App crashed when I tried to look up my membership number. Please fix the bugs.

Put in my booking number and it says no booking record. Put in my membership number it does not recognize membership number. Nothing for checking in works properly and no email on app for feedback if there are problems with app.

I will not talk about the ugly UI, because there are far more things in this app not right. Apple please give me a chance to 0-star this trash.
